How do I book an appointment?
Whether you visit danaedeligeorges.com or centerfnoesis.com, by clicking the “BOOK AN APPOINTMENT” button you will be directed here.
Welcome!
Before booking your First Contact Appointment, we will ask for your basic details: full name and email address, and you will be required to read and accept our Terms and Conditions before we meet.
Once you complete the form, you select an available date and time and schedule our first online meeting.
As soon as you book your appointment, you automatically receive an email confirming your booking. The email includes the transaction receipt and invites you to complete the initial introductory forms with your basic details, your therapeutic request, and your expectations.
This step is essential for organizing our collaboration and ensuring proper care.
• If you are booking the appointment for yourself, you create an individual profile.
• If the meeting concerns your child and your family, you create a family profile.
How do I continue after the first appointment?
Initially, we will get to know each other and talk about you—your lifestyle, your challenges, and whatever is currently on your mind. Together, we design a support plan that truly fits you.
Dr. Deligeorgi reviews all cases and works closely with her team. She cannot personally take on everyone; however, she selects the most suitable counselor for you, supervises your progress, and ensures that you receive the best possible support.
The therapeutic journey is never “linear.” It changes, evolves, and adapts as your needs change. For this reason, if necessary, you may work with more than one member of the team along the way, or meet again with Dr. Deligeorgi whenever it is considered appropriate.
You can easily book your appointments by signing in to your personal profile.
You can choose between:
Individual sessions or group programs that suit you
Packages of 4 or 10 sessions
You decide what fits you best.
You will:
• Receive appointment reminders
• Be notified if you need to complete any questionnaires
• Have brief follow-ups to see how you are experiencing our collaboration
• Receive reflection material from your counselor for thought and self-reflection
• Review progress reports together so we can see how you are doing
• Be informed about activities, groups, and programs that may be helpful to you
How do we conclude?
We did it together.
Your initial therapeutic plan has been completed, and you have now built skills that allow you to live more authentically, more consciously, and with greater enjoyment.
At this point, we pause and reflect together on the journey:
• If there is something new you would like to work on, we begin again—from the start, together.
• If you feel ready, we close this cycle with care and respect.
You don’t “disappear” from us.
From time to time, take a look at your email inbox.
You’ll find a message from us checking in—asking how you’re doing, how you are feeling, or whether you need anything.
We will genuinely be happy to hear from you.

Great question! Each approach offers different benefits.
Group sessions give you the opportunity to connect through shared experiences, learn from others’ journeys, and gain new perspectives on situations. Individual sessions, on the other hand, allow you to focus more deeply on your personal challenges.
In any case, we will share our professional opinion with you. It’s in your hands whether you choose to trust us!
No. Our goal is to get to know you better and, together, explore the way you think, feel, and function. Through questionnaires and our conversations, we gather information that helps us understand your needs, strengths, and challenges.
