Rights and Responsibilities of Participants
Right to Privacy
Participants have the right to privacy and confidentiality, with their information used only for purposes related to the program and any other lawful purpose, as defined by Greek legislation.
Informed Consent
Participants will be fully informed about the nature of programs and activities, and their consent will be obtained before their registration and participation. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time.
Safety
Participants have the right to a safe and supportive environment during all programs and activities.
Feedback and Concerns
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and report concerns without fear of reprisal.
Respectful Communication
Participants are expected to communicate with respect among themselves and with staff.
Compliance with Policies
Participants are required to comply with all policies mentioned in the Code of Ethics and Legal Terms and Conditions.
Legal Terms and Conditions
Agreement to Terms
Acceptance
By accessing or participating in any of the programs or activities offered by Φ Center for Noesis Development, individuals accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Modifications
The Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment of their publication.
Participation Requirements
Eligibility
Individuals must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each program or activity.
Informed Consent
Participants must provide informed consent before participating in any programs or activities. Registration in programs or activities of Φ Center for Noesis Development without explicit objection by the participant to any of the terms and conditions of this code is considered as full consent to all terms of this code of ethics.
Personal Data Protection
Information Collection
The Center collects and uses personal information only for purposes related to the program and any other lawful purpose, as defined by Greek legislation, ensuring their confidentiality. Additionally, Φ Center for Noesis Development may use the collected data for research purposes in the scientific field of neurodivergences and giftedness, ensuring data confidentiality.
Third-Party Services
If third-party services are used, participants are subject to the terms and conditions of those services.
Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior
Participants are expected to behave with respect and communicate non-violently with others, avoiding any form of harassment or discrimination.
Compliance with Laws
Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
Dispute Resolution
Mediation
Any disagreement arising from participation will be resolved through mediation.
Liability
Assumption of Risk
Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participation in physical activities and voluntarily assume those risks.
Release of Liability
Participants release Φ Center for Noesis Development, its staff, and its partners from any liability for injuries or damages sustained during participation.
Termination
Termination of Participation
The Center reserves the right to terminate an individual's participation from programs or activities if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in disruptive/problematic behavior.
Applicable Law
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed and established exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic. The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive local jurisdiction for resolving any dispute arising regarding the application of this code of ethics.
Assignability
Invalidity of Terms
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Recognition of Agreement
Recognition of Understanding
By participating in any programs or activities, individuals acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.
