Eleni Moula

She studied at the Department of Early Childhood Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Sciences – Special Education from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus.

From 2006 to the present, she has worked as a Kindergarten Teacher in public kindergartens belonging to municipalities across Attica and Piraeus.

From 2008 to 2021, she served as Head of the Pedagogical Department and Professor at IIEK Korelko.

Since 2019, she has been collaborating with the Center for Cognitive Development “F” in the Gifted Education Programs.

She has received professional development training from the Greek Ministry of Education and the Institute of Educational Policy (IEP) in:
• The new Preschool Curriculum
• The implementation of Freinet Pedagogy in public education
• Skills development through experiential workshops
• The introduction of the English language in preschool education

She has published articles in scientific journals and academic textbooks in the field of Education.

She has earned a specialization from Panteion University in Positive Psychology in Education, and from the University of Macedonia in School Psychology.

She has also completed Parent Effectiveness Training (Gordon Model) and attended the Maria Chourdaki Parent Schools.

She has participated in an extensive series of seminars, workshops, and educational programs related to pedagogical and teaching approaches in early childhood, learning difficulties, educational management, and first aid, including:

• “Developing Self-Esteem and Emotional Resilience in Children” (EEPEK)

She first encountered “F” as a parent, enrolling her two children in the Center’s Gifted Education Programs. Inspired by the results, she decided to further deepen her expertise as an educator by pursuing advanced training in gifted education for children, under the supervision of Dr. Danae Deligeorgi.

During her postgraduate training, she offered voluntary services at the Center’s facilities for an extended period and has since joined the “F” team as a collaborator, alongside her primary professional role.
