Tzortzina Kokkinaki

Tzortzina Kokkinaki is a Clinical Dietitian–Nutritionist and runs a private practice in Nea Makri. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Harokopio University and went on to complete postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition at the same university. Seeking to broaden her professional approach, she obtained certification in Eating Psychology and as a Mind Body Nutrition Coach from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, as well as certification as a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity from the Center for Education & Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD). In addition, she earned the title of Health & Wellness Coach through a triple-accredited program (Association for Coaching, European Lifestyle Medicine Organization, Complementary Medicine Association) from the Athens Coaching Institute, and she continues to participate in trainings and seminars related to nutrition and psychology for both personal and professional development.
Her professional experience in the field exceeds 15 years, having worked in both Greece and Cyprus. Her approach is holistic, recognizing that our behaviors and the way our bodies function are directly and indirectly influenced by our thoughts and emotions. Following a detailed assessment and guided by core principles of acceptance and genuine care for each individual case, she offers a comprehensive and structured intervention that includes education, support, and the design of an action and nutrition plan tailored to each person’s specific health and weight goals.
By combining the sciences of Clinical Nutrition, Psychology, and Coaching, Giorgina Kokkinaki aims, in collaboration with every person she works with, to cultivate a conscious sense of responsibility, respect, and care for the body and the self. Through this partnership, individuals gain knowledge and tools they can use for the rest of their lives, enabling them to manage food and life situations in ways that support their health and goals, with the ultimate aim of adopting new habits and a lifestyle that promotes balance in their relationship with food and body.
Finally, in her private practice, she works with both children and adults at all stages of life, offering sessions either in person or remotely.
